Q: Why does the shipping take so long?

A: We are really sorry for the inconvenience but currently we are receiving huge volume of orders and our team is trying its best to process all orders as soon as possible.

 

Q: Why haven't I received my products yet?

A: We ship the products in the fastest way possible. Sometimes the package go through customs clearance or similar procedures and that is why it might get slightly delayed.

 

Q: I am not satisfied with the product I ordered. Now what?
